Aspire Senior Living Oshkosh’s Independent community is specifically designed and built for seniors age 55 and better. Our one- and two-bedroom apartments are spacious and luxurious, while our location offers easy walking access to stores and restaurants. Our Independent residents enjoy free heat and hot water, an underground parking space, a full-size washer and dryer in each unit, a private patio or balcony and intercom-controlled entry, ensuring the privacy and quality of condo living with an extra level of safety and security. With one meal a day (additional meals available for purchase), on-site maintenance and 24-hour emergency service, our residents can leave the work to us and enjoy all the amenities Heritage Oshkosh has to offer – like our warm-water pool, on-site therapy and movie theater with club seating.

Assisted Living
Assisted Living at Aspire Senior Living Oshkosh offers seniors the opportunity to enjoy their independent lifestyle while receiving the right amount of assistance in a private setting, with a choice between one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments. Assisted Living residents receive up to 28 hours of personalized care each week, which is tailored to their individual needs. With 24/7 staff, a full-time licensed nurse, ongoing staff training and personalized emergency call pendants, families can rest easy knowing that their loved one’s care is in good hands at our assisted living community in Oshkosh, WI. Plus, the caring and highly experienced staff members at Aspire Senior Living Oshkosh help plan events, social activities, entertainment and outings to keep social and recreational calendars full for our assisted living residents. From exercise programs and religious services to scheduled outings and inter-generational events, our monthly calendars have everything assisted living residents need to stay active – body, mind and spirit.

Enhanced Assisted Living
Enhanced Assisted Living in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is available to seniors who require more physical and medical assistance, yet do not require skilled nursing. Enhanced Assisted Living at Heritage is licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), and offers spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Oshkosh’s Enhanced Assisted Living includes extensive assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication administration. Heritage provides additional care for those who need extra help with cueing for mealtime, directional assistance and participation in stimulating activities. Enhanced Assisted Living offers a higher staff to resident ratio than Assisted Living, allowing more time for staff interaction with the resident. Three meals per day, specialized diets and snacks are provided.

Located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, just west of Route 41, our community is conveniently situated for residents and visitors alike. Our location offers easy walking access to stores and restaurants, with the Landmark Plaza Shopping Center just across the street. Here you’ll find Wal-Mart, Cozumel Mexican Grill and HuHot Mongolian Grill, among other favorites. We also have activities like the Marcus Oshkosh Cinema, and a mini golf course just across the highway, and visiting is convenient, with an Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Comfort Suites close by as well. Our residents enjoy field trips to the nearby parks, Paine Art Center and Gardens, and Oshkosh Public Museum, to name a few. And, Aurora medical Center is a 4 minute drive away, should any emergencies occur.
