Heritage provides additional care for those who need extra help with cueing for mealtime, directional assistance and participation in stimulating activities. Three meals per day, specialized diets and snacks are provided.
Independent Living Community
Our independent senior living community has been specifically designed and built for seniors age 55 and better. Our one- and two-bedroom senior living apartments in Kimberly are spacious and luxurious, while our community offers easy walking access to stores and restaurants. Our independent residents enjoy free heat and hot water, an underground parking space, a full-size washer and dryer in each unit, a private patio or balcony and intercom-controlled entry, ensuring the privacy and quality of condo living with an extra level of safety and security. With one meal a day (additional meals available for purchase), on-site maintenance and 24-hour emergency service, our residents can leave the work to us and enjoy all the senior amenities our Kimberly community has to offer – like our warm-water pool, on-site therapy and movie theater with club seating.
Memory Care
Our Memory Care community in Kimberly, WI, specializes in the care of senior living residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. If you are coming from Holland, WI, head west onto Calumet St. In 5 miles you will reach a traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto WI-55 N/Crooks Ave. In 1 mile, you will reach another traffic circle where you will take the 3rd exit onto E College Ave. After a mile on E College Ave, you will come to a final traffic circle, take the 2nd exit to continue straight onto E College Ave. In 2.5 miles, take a right onto Truman street and in 135 ft take a right onto Cobblestone Lane.
