Our Heritage Memory Care community offers compassionate, individualized memory care 24 hours a day, in addition to personalized nutrition and wellness programs and medication monitoring. Heritage Court’s uncomplicated building design allows senior living residents to freely stroll throughout a safe and secure environment without encountering dead-ends, while our garden courtyard provides a safe, secure area to relax. Heritage Court Eau Claire offers furnished and unfurnished suites. We encourage senior living residents to decorate with personal items to maintain a homey feel and aid with memory and recognition. We also provide a coordinated calendar of activities developed specifically to enrich and enhance residents’ lives and to help them engage with the world.

Heritage Court Eau Claire is an inviting senior living community for those experiencing dementia or Alzheimer’s and are in need of memory care, or those who require additional assistance beyond what is offered in Assisted Living. This close-knit, secure Eau Claire community offers homelike amenities, a multidisciplinary staff, and unparalleled care, giving each resident the support they need while allowing them to feel truly at home. Continue on US-53 South for 2.6 miles until and take exit 86 for WI-93 Trunk toward La Crosse. Continue onto WI-93 Trunk S for 0.9 miles. Turn left onto E Hamilton Avenue and continue for 0.4 miles. East: near Fall Creek, WI
If you are coming from Fall Creek, WI follow US-12 West for 9.3 miles. Turn right at the 1st cross street onto US-12 W/W Lincoln Ave and Turn left onto the US-53 S/WI-93 Trunk ramp to Interstate 94/La Crosse/Madison merging onto WI-93 Trunk S for 0.2 miles. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for WI-93 Trunk/La Crosse and Continue onto WI-93 Trunk S for 0.5 miles. Turn left onto E Hamilton Avenue and continue for 0.4 miles. If you are coming from Brackett, WI head northbound on US-53 N for 5.6 miles. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on US-53 N heading to Interstate 94 for 1 mile. Take exit 85 for Country Highway/Golf Road and continue for 0.3 mile. Take a left onto Gateway Drive and then take the next left onto S Hastings Way. Continue on S Hastings Way for 1 mile.
