About Us
Since 2000, Heritage Senior Living has been creating high-quality senior homes across Wisconsin. Our state-of-the-art senior living communities offer a range of care levels including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living and Memory Care, oftentimes allowing residents to age-in-place as care needs progress. Today, Heritage has 15 locations statewide, a dedicated care team of over 800 employees, and over 2,000 residents who call Heritage home.
Our Story
The company’s founder and CEO, Milo Pinkerton, is an architect by trade and founded MSP Real Estate – the parent company of Heritage Senior Living – in 1988. As Milo’s parents began to need additional care, he was disappointed by the available senior care options and saw a growing need for high-quality senior housing. As a result, Milo channeled his passion for developing properties into creating a new class of home-like senior housing.
Milo’s parents lived in the Heritage communities, and you can still see the impact the Pinkerton family has had on the communities today. Milo’s mother, Deloris “Toddy” Pinkerton inspired the creation of Heritage Senior Living’s unique multidisciplinary memory care approach. The approach uses a variety of activities and therapies to enrich and enhance residents’ lives.

I liked the fact that the rooms are located on the main level, and there’s no stove in the rooms. Also, the level of care my Dad would receive. Praying he’s able to make it his forever home. Staff is very welcoming and wanted to know my father’s traits and history.
My brother has been here for almost three years and he has received excellent care! The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure all his needs were met. The entire staff are very kind and friendly. I’m grateful for the wonderful care.

The staff at Lincoln Village was wonderful and made my mom feel very comfortable. From the minute we walked in, being greeted by Chris so pleasantly till our tour was over, they treated us with utmost respect and kindness. We recently moved my mother to Lincoln Village and so far I’ve been very happy with our decision. They have also made our entire family feel welcome as we come and go visiting our mother. The leadership team does a great job of creating a positive vibe that filters through the entire facility.
