Heritage has given me incredible advancement opportunities. They paid for my CBRF training before I started as a CNA, and they were flexible enough to allow me to come back during my winter and summer breaks from school. Later, when I expressed an interest in moving up the ladder, they trained me as an assistant director (AD), and after I graduated from college I took up the AD position at Deer Creek.
