Our family is very pleased with the memory care unit at Heritage Middleton. All the staff are very kind and are willing to help my mom as needed. There are activities that are available for her to partake in. The nursing staff keeps the family updated on my mom’s health status and does their best to keep things on a schedule that she likes. My mom’s room is kept very clean. If there is a maintenance issue, it is addressed in a timely manner. The Executive Director at Heritage Middleton is approachable and is willing to help us in any way. She is especially helpful to us in filing invoices to my mom’s long-term care insurance company.
