Assisted Living residents receive up to 28 hours of personalized care each week, which is tailored to their individual needs. With 24/7 staff, a full-time licensed nurse, ongoing staff training and personalized emergency call pendants, families can rest easy knowing that their loved one’s care is in good hands.

Enhanced Assisted Living at Deer Creek, is available to seniors who require more physical and medical assistance, yet do not require skilled nursing. Our senior living community in New Berlin is licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), and offers spacious studio apartments. Deer Creek’s Enhanced Assisted Living includes extensive assistance with daily senior living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication administration. Heritage provides additional care for those who need extra help with cueing for mealtime, directional assistance and participation in stimulating activities. Deer Creek’s Enhanced Assisted Living offers a higher staff to resident ratio than Assisted Living, allowing more time for staff interaction with the resident. Three meals per day, specialized diets and snacks are provided.

Memory Care specializes in the care of residents with Alzheimer’s and related dementias. We offer compassionate, individualized memory care 24 hours a day, in addition to personalized nutrition, medication monitoring, and wellness programs, like animal assisted therapy . Our uncomplicated building design allows memory care residents to freely stroll throughout a safe and secure environment without encountering dead-ends, while our garden courtyard provides a safe, secure area to relax. Heritage at Deer Creek’s Memory Care community offers furnished and unfurnished studio suites with a private bathroom. We encourage memory care residents to decorate with personal items to maintain a homey feel and aid with memory and recognition. We also provide a coordinated calendar of activities right at our New Berlin senior apartments developed specifically to enrich and enhance residents’ lives and to help them engage with the world.
