Lexington Heritage, located in a quaint corner of bustling Greenfield, near Milwaukee, opened its doors to residents in February 2000. Since then, the inviting 20-unit community has been home to Assisted Living residents who enjoy a small, close-knit community, paired with homelike amenities and unparalleled care. Our studio, one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments come complete with a kitchenette, private bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious storage areas. Our goal is to provide all residents of our senior living communities in the Milwaukee area with everything they need to live their best life!

Our Greenfield assisted living community at Lexington Heritage offers seniors the opportunity to enjoy their independent lifestyle while receiving the right amount of assistance in a private, apartment-style setting. Assisted Living residents can receive up to 28 hours of personalized care each week, which is tailored to their individual needs. With 24/7 staff, a full-time licensed nurse, ongoing staff training and personalized emergency call pendants, families can rest easy knowing that their loved one’s care is in good hands. Plus, the caring and highly experienced staff members at our senior apartments in Greenfield help plan events, social activities, and entertainment to keep everyone’s social and recreational calendars full. From exercise programs and religious services to scheduled outings and intergenerational events, our monthly calendars have everything our assisted living residents need to stay active!

East: near Southridge Mall, WI
If you are coming from near Southridge Mall, WI, head west onto W Edgerton Ave for 1.6 miles. At the intersection, take a left onto W Forest Home Ave followed by a right back onto W Edgerton Ave (next to St Mary Catholic Faith Community). If you are coming from near Whitnall Park, WI, head north onto S 108th St for 1.5 miles. West: near Valley View Park, WI
