LPN Scholarship Program
This path to career advancement is made possible, in part, by our Milo’s Fund LPN Scholarship Program, which is designed to provide motivated employees a chance to advance their career.
Through the program, certified nursing assistants who have been with Heritage for 12 months or more and who have 12 months or more of CNA experience may apply for a scholarship to attend an LPN program at a local school, and Heritage will cover 75% of all expenses.
HSL University
Headed by our director of education, HSL University is an internal training center that provides onboarding and other staff trainings.
HSL University will also offer CNA certification and, eventually, LPN licensing, which will help CNAs and caregivers advance through our dedicated career paths.Experience the Difference
