Tammy brings more than 28 years of experience in the healthcare and senior living industry to her role as Chief Operating Officer. With a strong educational foundation that includes a bachelor’s degree in Gerontology and a master’s degree in Business Management, she blends a deep understanding of aging services with strategic leadership.

Throughout her career, Tammy has held key executive roles, including President/CEO and Senior Vice President of Operations at several leading senior living organizations. In each position, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, driving operational excellence, fostering team development, and enhancing the quality of services for residents.

Tammy oversees the operations of all our communities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service and care. She is actively involved in supporting community teams through ongoing education, the implementation of innovative programs, and hands-on leadership.
