I started at Heritage in college as night-shift RA, then returned after graduation as the life enrichment director. My director saw my potential and encouraged me to apply for the assistant director position, which oversees both properties in Eau Claire. I took her advice and I’m happy to say that I love my job! Heritage has provided wonderful guidance and incredible opportunities for me.
