Heritage has partnered with MapHabit to improve the well being of our residents and their families. We’re confident this app will give our residents more fulfilling days by giving them the blueprint to navigate their lives more independently.

MapHabit Helps Seniors Who Have Dementia

MapHabit’s science-based dementia solution technology makes maintaining a healthy lifestyle practical for seniors. Our memory care staff gets time reminders for daily tasks, medical appointments, and personal routines, as well as further education on Alzheimers and other dementias.

Our education program allows our caregivers to set up individualized systems to ensure consistency, no matter what stage of Alzheimers or dementia your loved one is experiencing! These systems help recognize and curb agitation, frustration, and other behaviors that memory care residents may experience before full manifestation, providing residents with an increased sense of peace and a higher quality of life.
