HSL Integrity Line
The Heritage Senior Living (HSL) maintains a high standard of commitment to our residents, their family members, and our staff. We utilize an external vendor (Ethico) to operate our Integrity Hotline, which can be used to report concerns or complaints. Regardless of how you report a concern to the Integrity Line, you may remain anonymous, if you wish. HSL will maintain the confidentiality and anonymity of your reported concern to the extent possible.
