"Mom was the first resident to move in at Heritage West Allis, taking up residence in a cute studio overlooking National Avenue. She has met many wonderful people, including one couple that actually used to live within a few miles of her.
It hasn't been an adventure without it's challenges, but I must say, I am impressed with the staff and facility. There is usually a verity of activities going on daily. The campus is beautiful with Frank Lloyd Wright architectural look to it. The lobby is wonderfully decorated for the holidays. Mom celebrated her 90th birthday in the pub!
I do see a caring staff, and this means so much to the family of the resident that is putting their trust in them. I can finally sleep well at night knowing that mom is being taken care of by a compassionate, professional staff."
