Courtyard Apartments is an independent apartment home community of older adults, age 55 and over, located in West Allis. Courtyard is a two-story building with elevator service and laundry facilities on each floor. As you walk in the front entrance, there is a beautifully decorated dining room/activities room that becomes ideal for social gatherings. A large patio is located directly off this room. The entry is controlled-access with an intercom system in each apartment. Every apartment features a modern kitchen with all appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and garbage disposal. They also feature abundant cabinet and closet space as well as an additional storage locker. The one-bedroom residences have 700 sq ft of floor space and two bedrooms have 870 sq ft.

Courtyard Apartments is an affordable apartment community. To qualify for an apartment, the gross annual income must fall at or below the Milwaukee County maximum income limit. The limit is based upon the number of household members. The rent rates are a set rate and are not based on income.
