Heritage Lake Country has been specifically designed and built for seniors age 55 and better. Our one- and two-bedroom Hartland senior living apartments are spacious and luxurious, while our Lake Country caring community offers easy walking access to stores and restaurants. Our independent senior living residents enjoy free heat and hot water, an underground parking space, a full-size washer and dryer in each unit, a private patio or balcony and intercom-controlled entry, ensuring the privacy and quality of condo living with an extra level of safety and security. With one meal a day (additional meals available for purchase), on-site maintenance and 24-hour emergency service, our residents can leave the work to us and enjoy all the amenities Heritage Lake Country has to offer – like our warm-water pool, on-site therapy and movie theater with club seating.

Assisted Living Hartland
At Heritage Lake Country senior living, residents of our assisted living program in Lake Country, WI have the opportunity to enjoy an independent lifestyle while receiving the right amount of assistance in a private setting, with a choice between one- and two-bedroom apartments. Senior living residents at our assisted living community near Oconomowoc, WI can receive up to 28 hours of personalized care each week, which is tailored to their individual needs. For those who require additional physical and medical assistance – including bathing, dressing, grooming and/or medication administration – our Enhanced Assisted Living program is available. The caring and highly experienced senior living staff members at Heritage Lake Country help plan events, social activities, entertainment and outings to keep assisted living residents’ social and recreational calendars full. From exercise programs and religious services to scheduled outings and intergenerational events, our monthly calendars have everything residents need to stay active in body, mind and spirit.

Enhanced Assisted Living at Heritage Lake Country is available to seniors who require additional physical and medical assistance – including bathing, dressing, grooming and/or medication administration – yet do not require skilled nursing. Our Heritage Lake Country Memory Care community in Hartland, Wisconsin, specializes in the care of residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. We offer compassionate, individualized care 24 hours a day, in addition to personalized nutrition and wellness programs and medication monitoring. Heritage Lake Country’s uncomplicated building design allows residents to freely stroll throughout a safe and secure environment without encountering dead-ends, while our garden courtyard provides a comfortable area to relax. Heritage Lake Country offers furnished or unfurnished Memory Care studio and one-bedroom suites with a private bathroom. We encourage residents to decorate with personal items to maintain a homey feel and aid with memory and recognition. We also provide a coordinated calendar of activities developed specifically to enrich and enhance residents’ lives and to help them engage with the world.
