Adult Day Center (coming soon)
Select Heritage locations will soon be offering an adult day center for older individuals who require assistance or monitoring during the day or are simply in need of companionship. The Heritage Day Center will allow family members and caregivers to go about their daily activities with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved ones are well taken care of.
Heritage will offer two kinds of day center packages – social and health-based – to ensure that all our guests get the most out of their daytime stays. Individuals usually participate on a scheduled basis, with specific days arranged beforehand.

Social Day Center
Our social day center, which is geared toward more independent seniors, involves a gamut of social and recreational activities, exercise classes, outing and meals, with some health-related services available. Heritage’s social program is perfect for those mostly autonomous individuals who need a little more socialization and entertainment during their days.
Health-Focused Day Center
As an alternative to living full-time in a senior community, the health-focused day center at Heritage allows seniors to maintain their autonomy while strengthening their bodies and minds. The program includes both physical and cognitive therapies to improve health and wellbeing and reduce the risk of health issues, complications or falls. It also includes thorough clinical monitoring, including weight and vitals, as well as socialization opportunities to keep individuals active and engaged.
